Continuing in the catholic tradition, care for the whole person
Serving all with compassion & dignity
Founded by the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City
The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City opened the original St. Ann's in 1949 at the corner of Portland Avenue and NW 19th Street. St. Ann's moved to its current location in 1992, a new and spacious home which offered residents and visitors alike a beautiful chapel for Daily Mass at its heart.
Continuing in the Catholic Tradition
Today, we are blessed to offer our residents, families, employees and visitors state-of-the-art senior healthcare services along with the rich traditions and faithful practice of the Roman Catholic Church. We are a welcoming community open to people of all faiths, backgrounds and circumstances. It is our faith that informs our mission of serving the whole person with compassion and dignity.

December 2022 Person Centered Care Award
We are absolutely proud of Cori. When she comes into work, she is always smiling (even behind a mask) and deeply cares about every one at St. Anns. She loves talking with the residents and caring for their every individual need they might ask for. On a daily basis, Cori is always helping out day or night. She is very deserving of this recognition and praise. Thank you, Cori for all of your hard work. We are all super proud of you!
